this last week febuary 4th-8 th,2013 a firm called CAPITA ,ACTING ON BEHAFE OF SHEFFIELD COUNCIL SENT OUT 5,000 SUMMONSES RELATING TO COUNCIL TAX.QESTION 1-IS IT NOT TRUE THAT ONLY A COURT OF LAW CAN ISSUE JUDICIAL SUMMONSES,IS IT NOT THERFORE ILLEGAL FOR BOTH SHEFFIELD COUNCIL AND CAPITA TO ISSUE SUMMONSES.THE SUMMONSES HAVE BOTH A ROYAL CROWN EMBLEM AND THE WORD SUMMONS ON THEM THERFORE HAVE CAPITA FORGED THESE SUMMONSES AS THE COURT DID NOT SEND THEM OUT AND THEY MUST HAVE BEEN PRINTED UP BY CAPITA TO LOOK LIKE COURT DOCUMENTS.5,000 ORDINARY PEOPLE WERE SCARED INTO ATTENDING THIS BLUNDER BUT WHY ARE THE COUNCIL AND CAPITA SUMMONSING PEOPLE TO ATTEND WHEN THEY DONT HAVE ANY AUTHORITY TO DO SO.ONE OF THE PERSONS SUMMONSES WAS A SOLICITOR AND EVEN HE IS UNAWARE THAT THESE SO CALLED SUMMONSES WERE NOT SENT BY THE COURTS SERVICE.THERE SHOULD BE A WAY OF BRINGING THIS FRAUDULENT FORGERY OF COURT DOCUMENTS BEFORE THE PROPER AUTHORITYS AND THE ILLEGALITY OF COUNCILS AND CAPITA ISSUING SUMMONSES SHOULD BE CHALLENGED IN LAW.

Hello there this post has no relevence to the question asked here however i am having trouble finding out how to post in the right place about actions i took regarding roger hayes. i contacted merseyside police to ask the cause of there actions and i was told to speak to the….. council!?? with a hasty hang up from the police officer . i have the recording of that conversation .

Hi there, I am hoping for some advice.My daughter is being charged council tax on a previous property,as she has been deemed liable despite paying rent which included her share of the council tax. on the grounds that she is now the only past tenant who is a wage earner.
She was issued with a summonds for non payment, rang the council and now has an attachement of earning to pay the arreas and charges.
Does anyone know if the council has the power to do so, and can they make the attachment without her consent?

We don’t have much, in fact, as most of what my ancestors had has been stolen by the State/Crown over long periods of time.

This is simply highlighting the fact that this guy was TOTALLY CLUELESS as to any due process of anything – even his own job!!

Clearly you work for the council or are simply misguided! – however we are fair and unbiased here so we will give you the forum to comment. To answer your questions. We are not anarchists here and are not against a community charge, but when that charge is grossly over inflated and 24% of it goes into private pension funds for councillors we have issue with it. You ask what would happen if the council didn’t collect bins etc. That could be done by private contractors at a much more competitive price – for example – one of our members has stated that he could get a private recycling firm to collect his bins once a week for £312.00 per year. The police and ambulance should be funded from peoples taxes not by the local councils who are buying up police forces so that they can use them for their own private protection thugs. I would politely suggest before you make such sweeping statements you do your research this subject as we have done for the last 7 years.
