Tandridge District Council Keeping Their CCJ’s Hidden! – But We Found Them Out!
21 Jan 2012Now we find another local gestapo unit (Council) trying to enforce Council Tax when they can’t even keep thier own house in order.
After some extensive research we find that Tandridge District Council have an outstanding CCJ in the amount of £251.00 – yet this is the same Council that will have no hesitation in attempting to lock you up if you don’t pay their unlawful council tax.

We would encourage all local residents and in fact anyone who is concerned about this to drop a line to the following people at Tandridge District Council to ask those searching questions as to why this Council thinks its above the law and doesn’t have to pay County Court Judgements.

So get in touch with Brian or Stephen and demand to know (in writing) why they feel its OK to ignore the CCJ they have against them while at the same time persecuting the local community to death over an unlawful charge!
Also, if anyone has any information regarding the CCJ Case, i.e. who it is in favour of or what its for then please get in touch – we would love to be able to collect on this debt and we have lawful mechanisms in place to do that.

OK – so you say its been paid – lets see the documentation confirming that – otherwise its just hearsay and looks like a desperate attempt by Tandridge District Council and/or its minions (of which you are clearly one) to try and cover up a rather embarrasing incident.
Additionally – why on earth are Tandridge District Council acquiring CCJ’s – these are only issued when a debtor does not (or will not) pay their debts. Perhaps you would like to enlighten us all as to why it took a CCJ for someone to whom Tandridge District Council owed money to get any kind of satisfacation.
Yet, Tandridge District Council will, if you miss 1 penny off their moneygrubbing will pursue you to very edges of hell and back – how very hypocritical and demonstrative that these Councillors need to be shown once and for all who it is they work for and not be allowed to carry on believing that we are there to serve their purposes. And believe us, that time is fast approaching.

Furthermore – We here at NoCouncilTax.com don’t believe its been paid as clearly Tandridge District Council would have known about this being on the record (erroneously as they claim) and they would have had the record amended accordingly.
Claiming now as they do that its an error, is a bit rich in our view and seems to reinforce (for lack of evidence to the contrary) the levels of lying and deceit that councils such as Tandridge District Council will go to save their skins.
Clearly all of this is done with the full knowledge of Brian Perkins and Stephen Weigel and David Bunn of Tandridge District Council who are, in our opinion, obviously in collusion on this.
