I love these guys as they are certainly not afraid to fight back and stand up against the snooping and penalty charge notices.

The more the greedy money grubbing councils put the pressure on us the more we are going to return that pressure to them – we will bring the fight to their door – we have to for the sake of generations to come.

Now the council is looking for a Development Manager as, to quote the job advertisement, “It’s all change at Surrey County Council right now.” It also goes on to say it is aiming to become an even more efficient and effective council.

With a 72% rise in council tax over the last 10 years, efficient isn’t the first word that springs to mind. Readers may also remember this is the same council that spent over £15,000 on this pointless video.

This is also the same council that has been hard at work creating a mini change department, including a Senior Performance and Research Manager (Intelligence), Performance Manager, Performance Officer, Intelligence Officer, Change Officer, and Senior Change Manager; they are the ones we know about.

I don’t know if this is an admission of failure on behalf of the council, an admission that its existing senior managers don’t have a clue. If it is, then surely a clear out at the top should be the top priority? There has to be a reason for inflation-busting council tax rises over the last decade. Is this it?

Just in case the council didn’t get the message we sent them last month, here are some areas of spending that if reduced would provide some change to the council tax bills Surrey residents are forced to pay:

The Chief Executive at Surrey County Council received total remuneration of £253,133 in 2010/2011. There were at least 19 staff who received more than £100,000 at the authority in 2009/10. Some change there?

Councillors’ allowances at Surrey County Council cost taxpayers £1,582,000 in 2010-11. More change there?

The estimated cost of union officials at Surrey Council is £284,743, these are staff paid for by taxpayers but work for the trade unions. This does not include the cost of other support provided such as office space or the administration of union fees. Even more change there?

Just three examples of many changes that could happen. Instead to talking about change and employing more people in an attempt to deliver change, it’s about time Surrey County Council really changed and delivered better value for money for council tax payers across the county.

Exposure – a current affairs programme which puts the spotlight on various hard hitting issues – shows undercover footage of the lengths bailiffs from Rossendales Collect go to in order to claim money from millions of householders and car owners each year.

The show asks whether the voluntary guidelines that bailiffs are meant to follow are enough to protect the public as it is thought it shows the rough handling and brutal tactics shown by the bailiffs. Details are still under wraps, but a source close to the programme did hint that bailiffs working in Wigan were featured heavily.

While a spokesman from Wigan Council could not fully comment until he had seen the footage, he did admit that the Metro has used and still uses the firm to collect council tax and business rates.

He added that it was standard procedure for councils and most other companies to use bailiffs to claim back money or property owed.

Rossendales Collect, which was formed in 2004, has more than 300 clients and is used by a large number of councils and even has positive testimonials on its website.

A spokesman was unable to give a full explanation until he had seen the programme, but did state that the company was leading a campaign for proper legislation to be introduced and is working with the Ministry of Justice on this.

Its website also offers the following mission statement: “We are highly experienced in both the public and private sectors and by adopting a consultative approach to the recoveries process, we are able to maintain successful partnerships with our clients.

“We are committed to taking a fair, sensitive and ethical approach to debt recovery. (Yeah right!)

“We are fully compliant with the CSA Code of Practice, OFT Debt Collection Guidance, Data Protection Legislation and all other regulatory requirements. (Utter Rubbish)

“All of our processes and procedures exceed the standard required.” (Don’t make me laugh!)

Acting as a third party for Mendip District Council following a liability order (against someone else known to me, but not me).

Just see how arrogant these Bailiffs are – they are another bunch who are going to regret their actions one day, time to rise up and get up off our knees with these people – the more we put them on YouTube and go after them PERSONALLY using common law TORT of Injury the sooner they will start learning that we have the power – Not them!

Cadbury’s claim … which he’s made twice in our presence … to “have both Statute Law and Common Law ‘jurisdiction’”.

Putting aside the fact that Statutes aren’t “Law” … it is IMPOSSIBLE for a SINGLE HUMAN BEING to have “Common Law jurisdiction”.

Why?

Because: England & Wales are “Common Law jurisdictions” … which means that the Common Law applies in those two COUNTRIES.

A COUNTRY can BE ‘a Common Law jurisdiction’.

But the application of the Common Law requires a Jury. In other words … if a COUNTRY IS “a Common Law jurisdiction”, then crimes are determined by TWELVE HUMANS … called a Jury … or by Statements of Truth signed under pain of perjury.

“Common Law jurisdiction” is something a COUNTRY IS (or IS NOT)

“Common Law jurisdiction” is not something that any single Human Being can ‘have’.

Thus Judge Nigel Cadbury knows absolutely NOTHING about Law.

Which explains why he comes to the conclusions that he comes to.

If he knew anything about Law, he’d never make such an absurd claim.

If we have any more dealings with him, we will tell him – based on what he’s already said in front of us – he knows absolutely nothing about Law.

Dom Sweet, 15, said he wanted to join a rock band and only played for 20 minutes a day after school.

He was stunned when police and environmental health officers arrived at his home brandishing a warrant under the Noise Abatement Act.

“I was so shocked that I was close to tears,” he said. “Drumming is my passion. It’s not fair, I haven’t done anything wrong.”

His parents Nikki and Brett were warned that neighbours in Tewkesbury, Glos, had complained about the noise in January and their son put pads on the £3,000 kit to reduce noise levels.

Mrs Sweet said her son did not drink, smoke or get into trouble and that she felt the council was being unnecessarily tough.

“His drumming is a stress relief after school,” she said. “He goes out for 20 minutes between 4pm and 6pm, but never after 7pm and not on a Sunday. He’s been harshly treated.”

Tewkesbury Borough Council said it had received eight official complaints about the matter. It has 28 days to decide whether or not to prosecute the Sweets and the matter could be referred to a magistrate.

We’ve known for along time that the Councils HIRE the courts for the purposes of Council Tax Hearings and because of this they are not “proper” court hearings (Ever wondered why your case number isnt listed on the court listing board when you go to court for Council Tax – well thats because its not a real court case and therefore doesn’t exist in the court system).

So, if they are not REAL court cases – what are they?

Well – they are merely Commercial Arbitration Meetings with the Council Paying for the Court, the Magistrates, the Usher, the Clerk and any other court staff as may be required – all designed to give some reality and authenticity to the Lie being perpetrated on you!

However we have never been able to PROVE that the councils pay the court .. UNTIL NOW!

So it appears from this that Tandridge District Council have been making REGULAR Payments to the Courts … We wonder why that might be?

Could it be in respect of Tandridge District Councils OUTSTANDING and UNSATISFIED County Court Judgement? Hmmm – We don’t think so as they laughingly claimed it was settled, which we now know to be utter rubbish.

So the ONLY reason that Tandridge District Council could be paying the courts is for some “service” rendered such as “Court Hire”, “Magistrate Hire” etc etc.

We feel this is a clear an unambiguous evidence to prove that Tandridge District Council and other Councils are hiring the courts PRIVATELY to give the impression you are going to court because in reality this is the ONLY way they stand a chance of collecting.

After all if Tandridge District Council or any other Council said to you (after you told them to shove their extortion demands where the sun don’t shine) – “would you be so kind as to pop on down to the council offices so that we can have a chat over a cup of tea about it” – you would we feel sure – tell them to shove that in the same orifice too.

Clearly they have to use the courts to give the illusion of power. These are not “court hearings” and thats why the courts have no knowledge of a case number. However what we do find disturbing is why the Courts would have anything to do with this SCAM (and that folks is exactly what it is!)

We will keep digging as it appears to us that amongst councils Tandridge District Council really are one of the worst culprits for this kind of illegal activity!

Its common knowledge that there are now over 30,000 statutes (not laws) on the books in this country – yet there are only three laws that need to be obeyed in order for our nation to exist in peace and to be able to bring transgressor before a court.

1. Do not commit murder
2. Do not steal
3. Do not commit harm or loss to be suffered without making recompense.

So why do we need 30,000+ statutes … the answer is simple and obvious …

WE DONT! But the council do!

Without those statutes the Council Have NO POWER to enforce anything over you. (They don’t anyway as they have no AUTHORITY they only have FORCE!).

It is the sworn agenda of the Fabianist Politicians that are prevalent in our parliament to criminalise everyone by default to give them excuse to fine you in order to get money.

And thats what all this “licencing” and “Ticketing” is all about – here’s the question …

If parking on a double yellow line is so abhorrent to your local council … why don’t they just arrest you, charge you with a crime, bail you and bring you before a court every time. Again – the answer is a very simple one.

MONEY!

Is it cheaper for the council to hire poorly trained people, (mostly immigrants who don’t demand high wages), slap a uniform on them (make them feel important), lie to them about the authority that they don’t have (PCSO’s have NO powers of arrest) and then set them targets for ticketing and then have them simply stick you with a bill for £60 for parking in the wrong place (allegedly)

Or …

Pay for the training of a Police Officer, give him a proper warrant, a Car, full uniform, then have him haul you off to a police station, book you, charge you, bail you, investigate the crime, pass the case to the CPS, set a court date, hope you turn up, pay the court staff, pay the judge (and buy him lunch) and eventually try and get a fine off you at £5 a week (that’s if you didn’t get off with it).

in the words of the guy on big brother … YOU DEEEECIIIIIIIIDE!

Clearly its a money saving and money generating exercise that tries at every turn to circumvent the true law of the land, the common law, which, despite what every agent of the state might tell you is STILL law in this country and overrides Statute law every time. Want proof of that?

Go ask the Police to produce the Act of Parliament that you would be charged for Murder under … you’ll be waiting a long time because there is no Act that covers Murder.

Why?

Because Murder is against God (Ten Commandments) and against the common law (common sense) – ergo if you are charged with Murder in England your charge sheet will read something like …

“You v. Regina, that on or about the [DATE] did commit murder upon the body of [VICTIM NAME] contrary to common law”

You see, No acts of Parliament, No Statutes, No Legislation.

Despite what these tyrannical councils tell you they cannot pass LAWS, they can only pass STATUTES and if you learn the difference between Legal and Lawful you will be a long way to being able to beat them in a court every time.

Which leads me to the next point.

If you get a ticket for something, don’t sign it, just exercise your option to go to court on it. Thats the thing they DONT want as …

A) They could lose
B) Its going to cost them thousands either way!

If we all did this simple thing we could bankrupt these councils in a matter of weeks! They would not be able to cope with the massive increase in cases going to court and they certainly wouldn’t be collecting anywhere near the levels of revenue that they need to fund their grubby little pension schemes.

So now you know!

We are a nation of Human Beings and we have far more power than they want us to have, they pass their silly little rules in the hope that we will cower and beg them to be nice. Well as David Icke says … Get Off Your Knees!

We are always looking for videos and reports where you have stood up to the council on their unlawful (note we didn’t say illegal) Council Tax and any letters you have from them or information about CCJ’s that they have will always be welcome.

There are 60 Million of Us … and 633 of them in Parliament!

Now you know why they are scared of us and believe us when we tell you that we have seen the fear in their eyes when we have interacted with them – its tangible!

They know the day is coming when they will be held accountable for the terrorism that they commit upon us – hence from this day we have a new name for all Council Staff.

“Governmental Terrorists” – its time we take the war they are waging on us and bring it back to them tenfold.

Here’s the reality folks!

If we ALL did what Patrick (and others) have done then this unlawfull tax would cost these corrupt councils too much money to collect and they would soon give up the game. After all, they can’t put us all in prison, added to that the cost of keeping someone in Prison per week is over £1,500 they want to collect money, not spend it on sending us to Jail.

Its now true that more and more people are “waking up” – we at NCT.com travel the country and its so encouraging that we are meeting so many people who are saying enough is enough.

We know that Birkenhead sent shock wave through the judiciary and we have started to see results and District Judges behaving as they should and upholding the law. Many of us are now pushing council tax cases all the way to Judicial Review (We nearly won it last year but for one small point which we wont make the same mistake again).

Patrick is a clear example that with a little common sense, a loss of fear and the willingness to stand up to these council tyrants (for that is what they are) – we will win this in the end – if not for us but for our children and their children.
