plz help blackpool council are taking me to court over poll tax i want to be a freemen on the land and im trying to get the process started any ninfo would be good

Have you sent your Queens Affidavits yet and where are you at in the process – have they sent summons?

can anyone advise on this problem with the council?
the council advised what could built under permitted development rights, they advised and inspected until it was almost finished then changed there minds! and slapped an enforcement order on it! They even CHANGED a map of the land to support this unfair case (without telling the land reg office or the owner) and they won the case on this map!! can anyone help?
