Can anyone help or give advice as to what action I can take against Rossendale council who left pensioners stranded snowed in at their homes for over a week last year and consequently I could not get home for over a week ! The road in question is a council road and is in a shocking state ! I think they have spent and wasted a LOT of taxpayers money over the years simply "repairing" this road. I believe this council has also lost a lot of money in Iceland ? Since when do councils have a right to invest taXPAYERS MONEY OVERSEAS? any help/comments most welcome !
